This organisation is employee friendly who thinking about the employee.
Hybrid working from the day 1. Good transport service. Fun activities in the officeone in month on Wednesday and fun Friday.
Dislikes
They have not enough clients in a LM. Yes this company have political environment for those who is trying to get promotion.
They keep on eye who are came from mercer or friend who came from previous company in the upper management.
Salary is law as per market. They not giving response in ijp result. They only promote only who they like.
