Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Nothing.The Founder Gaurav Garg is a total fraud.His style is like this:pile on all past work on you,then when you start stretching yourself,he will start showing his dissatisfaction on the quality of work you are delivering.And he Will insult you infront of rank juniors.I left the job within 9 days.This guy is so shameless he did not even bother to pay me.But he is using the stuff I created for his company LinkedIn marketing.If you have any iota of self respect,do not work with this company.They are total fraud - basically a scam organisation....Read More
