Likes

Job security is 100% for those who actually show that they want to learn. Management gives hell lot of chances to its employees to stand out and prove their work. Incentive program is very attractive for freshers and new employees. Also company gives multiple opportunities to grow within the organization.

Dislikes

Company need to be strict for unavoidable things happening in the company. Management need to set an example for all the bad doings so that one should know that company doesn't entertain such behaviour.

Work Details

I spent almost 4 years in this company. I got everything what I had asked. Zero regrets joining Lester as my first job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
