It was nice work environment for all fresher and experienced employees. Hiring was easy rounds. No targets based just we used to call usa based customers about magazine subscriptions. All the seniors staff was very helpful.

Just 1 thing I was don't like at Lester that is one of trainer there. Who was used to abusive words so many times. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
