THE MANAGER HE IS TERRIBLE. HE NEVER THINKS ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES ALL HE THINKS HOW THE COMPANY CAN BENEFIT. RUDE BEHAVIOR WITH AGENTS. IT LOOKS LIKE HE IS A SCHOOL MONITOR THAN A MANAGER. YOU DON'T GET PAID FOR EXTRA LOG IN HOURS. MOST OF THE TIME WE HAD TO WORK FOR 25 TO 30 MINITUES EXTRA WITHOUT EXTRA PAY.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. at the time of the interview, they told me there is no target. and when I passed my interview they told me there is some target but it is very easy to achieve. but after the clearing OJT they just get insane they are giving me a very hard target to achieve which is very hard to achieve some time you have to sacrifice your break to achieve a target.
