Absence of Market Reaserch. Most of the products are Low Technology and Low investment category and marketing is based on Cheapest available in Market Theam. Service team is not dedicated. Service back up comes from Other Product line personnel, this creates priority and product knowledge deficit. Cost cutting methods are extra work hours and menial work. Product handling is very poor, lot of damages occur and lead to warranty repairs later. Actually this reduces Reliability of Products and dents Brand image. Siple material handling and loading equipment will achieve efficient product handling and less man hour requirement. Data analysis should be basis of improvements in infrastructure and facilities. Competition products be available for Comparison and understanding of level of technology used.
