Absence of Market Reaserch. Most of the products are Low Technology and Low investment category and marketing is based on Cheapest available in Market Theam. Service team is not dedicated. Service back up comes from Other Product line personnel, this creates priority and product knowledge deficit. In present product line there are some nish speciality products which can establish Co. as only inthe field for that application. Also Price decision will be in companies prerogative.
