I liked nothing there , they all use unethical means to earn profit for their firm and don't have any humanity for their employees. Moreover they will make u work hard enough but they won't pay you at the time of salary!

Dislikes

Firstly , the founders of company have no knowledge of how to conduct a business and of the product they are dealing in. Secondly, all they do is to make big plans and show you a bigger picture without any base , thirdly they don't let you keep a balance between your personal and professional life no matter what you do or say they are not going to understand anything and last but not the least they give fake promises of paying you on time and when the time comes they won't pay you and this all has been done to Atleast half a dozen of employees in front of me including me....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
