Likes

An average workplace with a handful of staff. Company policies are only to be followed by the Employee. No support from the management. No proper work environment, no pay raises and no benefits career wise

Dislikes

There is no proper management. No proper job profile, one day you will be a designer and the other day a helper cleaning wardrobes. No proper timings, and no overtime salary provided. No facilities available regarding food and transportation. There is no growth in knowledge.. It's more of a trap than a job. The owner is always insecure and pokes their nose in every conversation (professional and personal)....Read More

The job is ok.. Other staff is good..I learnt things in the first 6 months , the rest years were stagnant. I learnt to manage the whole boutique with different roles every day.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
