They have no use any protection equipment and guidelines due to lockdown series

working hours is 12 is minimum is also difficult for worker or employee And also they have no use any guidelines of industrial and commercial and abused by manager is also distracted to work and low quality of their product. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
