There is very much to say:- 1. Firstly nill to nill job security , you will be hired like a very good employee and will be fired like you are hell 2. you may be terminated at any point of time 3. Only UP/Bihar is the Profitable states else all are not performing, Things may go easy but their strategy is not applicable in non UP/Bihar states . In UP/Bihar there is unemployment while Other states is a developing state . But this is way more difficult to explain them. 4. They do not trust thier sales employee 5. They only listen to thier Noida office Employees 6. If any objection is made on you , then it is you only who have to explain and clear all the things and make yourself prove right . 7. Each and every distributor is shouting like hell . Only sales employees has to listen all those words , he do not have any choice 8. Strategy is not up to the mark . 9. Even if you are working up to their mark you will be fired without your FNF and salary and expense all pending 10. There is a so called secheme called "Pay Your Own Cheque" . You have to work as per theier norms not as per monthly salary . if your daily sales compromise then your salary of that day will be deducted . Like on incentive basis . 11. Not a good company at all stock dispatched after 15 days from the seller . while the payment has already been taken from distributor . 12. Few employees have already registered the case of pending FNF's in Labour courts ....Read More
