They will give you handsome amount of salary to solve the ruckus only they have spread, and they will expect it to get solved in a month or two because you are an expansive resource, you cannot take the liberty to understand how the system works, they want instant results else you are fired. so, if you are somebody who have got a good offer from the company, that is majorly because of the reason many people have joined the company and left in a month's time, so if you want a treat for a few days you are more than welcome. I would also say that there is a lot of scope and things can get a lot better, if they just value their current employees and be good to them, rather than hiring a new person every other day and expecting revenue out of them instantly.
