I was offered a job by the company on feb 2020 for senior security engineer and my joining date was of 23rd March 2020. So i put the resign on my previous company. As in India the cases of coronavirus was increasing those days Lanzeintegra company got closed after the govt notification on 19th March. My last working day was on 20th of March 2020. But the joining company did not informed me that their office is shut down from 19 March and they will not be able to give me online joining and they informed me on 21st march after which my Notice period wascompleted in March and Lanzeintegra company neither gave me joining nor giving me any date of joining yet. From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
