Presence of skilled, knowledgeable people and people who are unprofessional, unskillful makes it a unique experience of enjoying a bit of both worlds.

Dislikes

Management treats the employees like enemies. They think everyone tries to cheat them. It's more difficult to convince the management than the customers.

Work Details

It has been a good learning experience. A great chance for self improvement but at the same time unreasonable expectations from the management causes pressure in a wrong way.
