It's a team work in every department and negligible politics. They are ready to adopts latest technology. Good R & D so quality problem is negligible and high quality products gives global clients as well as domestic clients. I get to travel to Germany based for technical experience. My colleagues come from various cultural background. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

I have worked from 18 years so I have saw very up and down stages in this group. After a problems, we saw better solution mostly.

I proud the fact that I am part of teem that market reliable, high-quality products in my company. Also experts in great awareness in manpower handling while they were work , specialy in E.O. addition & IDDS exothermic batch process. Thus full credit to my managements & my hard work. There is superb training for freshers.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, but I am accept it. But Managers do not value an inndividuals 'unique strengths, so majorly compress my talent. Do not happy about salary as per base of my experience & my working strength.
