Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Worst office culture ever. Never worked in such a toxic environment. Work is never appreciated, no matter how much effort you put into anything. Very rude owners. Indecent way of speaking. They feel as if they own you since they pay you peanuts in the name of salary. Speak however they want, even use bad words. Really indecent people. Office staff have a lot of conflicts and are rude. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
