Only some of the staff members are dedicated towards work. Parents are very good.

Dislikes

staff involvement in all activities except teaching, local staff so local political pressure. No professionalism. Getting too much salary but no responsibility towards students, parents and school. can go on any low to destabilize good leader as they want to run school in their own manner.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
