Company culture is the most disliking factor in L&T Technology Services. The way management treat the mid level and entry level employees is too worst in majority of teams. There are lot of internal politics between them and they don't take decision based on the policy if we raise any grievance Work life balance is not there due topoor management decisions and if affects the daily tasks a lot L&T technology services is not ready to provide the right compensation for well deserving employees too and they don't have any organised policies on promotion...Read More

Please avoid joining. they don't provide hike. load the manpower in the lower level. they hire more people at higher levels and people who do the actual work are constant and loaded.

Currently am not working anywhere as I had left L&T due to health issues. I relocated to bangalore, stayed there alone, eating outside stuff due to which my health went into problem. I requested them for a transfer to mumbai, my home town but they didnt hence I resigned. However, the co is very much good to work.

Dislikes

They didnt accept my request on moving to mumbai to stay with my family.
