Company culture is the most disliking factor in L&T Technology Services. The way management treat the mid level and entry level employees is too worst in majority of teams. There are lot of internal politics between them and they don't take decision based on the policy if we raise any grievance Work life balance is not there due to poor management decisions and if affects the daily tasks a lot L&T technology services is not ready to provide the right compensation for well deserving employees too and they don't have any organised policies on promotion...Read More
