Nothing is good here 1- toxic managers 2- very poor work life balance but sometimes depends on mangers 3- management is evil here 4- do expect any hike even after working under extreme pressure and making things good. 5- Tea selling is better job rather than working here 6- Nobody will listen your complains here...so better not to join here

Team Mangers are terrible in L&T and they don't know human values . no hike for one year

Technical work its Good . because of one project Manger in L&T TS (Name :Kumaresan R) so many people left the organization, He is not a human Being .one year daily work place harassment. HR is like name shake in LTTS
