It is a good opportunity to learn as a Fresher. But the there will be no dedicated time/training given for upgrading any skills here. You need to upskill yourself after working of company timings (min working time is 9.5 hrs). So usually you need to learn/upskill yourself in the night etc,..

Absolutely No work-life balance. You can find yourself working for 10+ hours and still be having a lot of tasks to be completed. You can fine lots of micro-management here starting from your seniors, leads and managers. No hybrid option, even though some tasks can be done from WFH, you will still be called to office (Never know the reason still after working for 3 years) . No/Zero appreciation for completing your tasks. If you complete the tasks early, you will be burdened with more tasks. The managers and leads care only about completing the project activities and never care about your skill improvement or health or life etc,. It is very hard to take leave even though you may have plenty in your leave account. You will be asked where you are if you take a short break (10 mins) from work. Whereas nobody bothers if you work 12+ hours. The company has given its all powers to managers and if you get a bad manager, your life will turn out very bad. Min working hours is 9.5 hrs. which will be tracked by your swipe in & out. If you are a fresher, you will be asked to sign an Bond for 2.3 years, and once it is signed, you will be put to rigorous work and you cant even quit, because of the bond (if you quit, you need to pay a penalty of 2 Lacs)....Read More
