Good company. Policies can be more better.

Devil People Managers. They are the son in law for the companies. They are not allowing anyone else to grow, leave comfortably, flexible. Poor health insurance policies, upto 3 L sum assured and 20% copay insurance. Bias Management, favouritism, Bully people Managers. So that others can leave and those people Managers can grow within company without performance and doing any work. They call themselves pillars and pioneers. However do not contribute in growth of company. They are only boss and no leadership quality. No free Tea and Coffee available. Anytime they can change your technology and ask you to work on something crap even though project is for long term tenure, so that they can uplift their own people and they themselves can grow and get others benefit....Read More
