Some employees in loan opening & setup including Team leader are senseless...they are very rude...and they are not following any rule of company... Even they don't know how to maintain better work culture...my opinion is company should replace them with other well deserved employee to improve their work culture in this particular department.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
