No work-life balance, no job security, specially for the employees outside the US.

Dislikes

1) These people do not regard employees to be human, they fire when they want. 2) Even after working day and night, taunting persists day and night. 3) There is a lot of need for improvements in the leadership team, they put their feet everywhere and do not allow employees to work effectively and independently. 4) Despite the fact that the situation in Ukraine is getting worse constantly, they are being fired for not login in 16 hours a day. 5) Politics are at their peak, going to resign soon. 6) Worst place to work....Read More

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
