It is an advanced institute where students and professionals have the opportunity to develop by all means. It is very pleasant working and learning at KULeuven

Dislikes

The workload is sometimes very high but is manageable with days when the load is less. Software is not always available for free and scifinder is not available outside campus

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
