All the team mates at site project were good,got to learn many things from them

After working three to four months they gave the salary cheque and that also bounced for fifteen employees at once

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
