I have been work with this prestigious organization since 2022 and still working here. I learned a lot from here. This is my first company in my 7 years of professional career that i feel professionalism. im very great full to have a colleagues and management like here.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
