When I was joined this bank I very much exiting about the know corporate things. Here I got the familiar environment I never got the moment like when I thought let's move on from here. Everyone is just friends and family who support every one.

Dislikes

In the kotak mahindra bank my experience was like a person who has given you years of life company gives them a proper designation but i thought it was taking time in between lot's of employees change company unfortunately just because of facing monetary problem or a person who change from here as per my opinion they never like to go from here just because of here's familiar culture.
