I have been part of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, consumer banking department main branch Club Road Hubli for 1 year 7 months. Out of which 1 year 3 months were prosperous & ebullient, knowledge gaining, benevolent & gallantry approach, cooperative & empathetic over all it was a reminiscent journey working with excellent leaders like Mr.Mayoor Naik (EMP ID 74774) & Mr. Ningraj Tembadamani (74607) They have not only played the role of incredible mentors but they have also been samaritan human beings and made sure they maintained and had set harmonious & fervent work culture My subordinates were really empathetic & helpful by nature. Plenty of biased demeanour & office politics and passing personal comments started which ruined the atmosphere of the branch and started spreading negativity I wasn't comfortable with the kind of approach the newly appointed Branch Operation Manager carried towards me who replaced Mr. Mayoor due to which I was facing mental tormentsince I was under going my T.B medication.
