Growth is slow and the work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folkslike me have to guide them setp-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Lots of career opportunities as company releases lots of IJP. Although this is due to heavy attrition rate.

Dislikes

Extremely poor job security. AC is turned off even in the mid of summer (due to heavy cost cutting), Poor work culture. No ethics. Poor higher management. poor work life balance. no leave (even no earn leave). Also, the HR of company forces employees to write good feedback in social media or company review sites.
