both of quality & production teams are supporting to each other & there are more opportunities to learning & career growth.like as all freshers quality/ production (diploma/ B Tech) trained about process activity & checking method with instrument knowledge & after certain period they promoted with a good increment.

Dislikes

nothing for that. only reason is that plant is shifting to rudrarpur.whereas i am interested for job only in faridabad,Noida,gurgaon,dharuhera, bhiwadi,Jaipur.

Work Details

hard working activities with my all production team members. like as 1.To provide daily production meeting. 2. To provide all inputs to both press shop & weld shop supervisors. 3. To give daily production targets to both.

A good platform for a fresher , to learn the basis of mechanical engineering . It was a great learning there under good working environment and leadership.

Dislikes

The only thing that I didn't like about that kochar are lacking in new technology . We are using that old technology . But overall it was o good .

I was mainly in the Quality department , I worked as a press shop inspector, PDI inspector and in the Standard Room for part layout and Quality documentation.

The company was fully supported by the CMD and all the facilities were provided for the high quality products

Dislikes

The HR head was totally out out of mind.. HR policy of the company were against the employees. Company is working on the archaic culture.
