It thought me how not to treat people by treating me worst

Dislikes

Micro management, there is no clarity in work. Process changes happen frequently. No JOB security at all, they do not plan properly before terminating employees and people still work there put into a situation to manage all pending action from terminated employee. Anytime you will lose job by mentioning some fancy words like compliance, humility, integrity, etc

Work Details

No work life balance. I was in 12-9 shift and my manager put me in PIP for not attending calls beyond 10 o clock. Sometimes early morning calls around 4am and late night calls around 11 pm. In a nutshell, don think of your personal life

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
