Company culture is good. MBM ways of working, very supportive and understanding global team

I have given 1 star because of the cheap and worst politics here in Bangalore. An extrovert can go to places here without any talent. An introvert with high talent cannot survive here at all.

Work Details

There is no work life balance. Expected to be available 24/7. It is not a employee friendly organization, no additional benefits. I requested work from home due to my pregnancy complications, they gave just 1 month , no humanity at all.
