Talking as if other companies do not have values and culture and Koch only has it. Leaders themself say the culture in Koch is way too high standard than others. You cannot attain high places by devaluing others. Don compare with other companies All has ptos and cons

No job security. During the pandemic appraisal was delayed and no arrears were given. Being US #1 private company, how come these guys business is not good? Very worst politics in top management. HR will always support managers. They always say stop - think -ask. But if you ask anything, they will fabricate and terminate you

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
