Behaviour of business head is very bad and unprofessional he has no respect towards female staff, during my interview I was told that I will get incentive quarterly but in reality I got incentive just once in 6 months , I was working there as customer relationship executive but was also doing the work which a receptionist do, the job profile and deliverables aren't defined at all, salary structure is very low and the delay in salary is a common problem, I left my job because of sickness till now I have not received my salary instead they asked me the reason for quitting my job and then deducted almost the whole salary, CEO is a very ill mannered person and so are all the top executives. My designation was customer relation executive, but according to them CRE and sales executives and receptionist are all the same so I was compelledto do these 3 profile works.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
