Terrible Work culture, abusive boss, no incentives or appreciation, severely underpaid employees for the efforts they put in, no diversity, discriminative towards female employees, it's ok for everyone especially boss to use swear- curse words to his employees for small mistakes, and he doesn't know how to address his employees especially women, keeps deducting salary for petty reasons, no sick leaves and even after deduction of salary they complain about taking leave when you're sick and cannot put effort to work....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
