Good career development opportunity. Good exposure. Increment and promotions yearly. HQ people are considerate.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, no clarity in job profiles. They will ask you to go on tour, even though you are hired for inside sales initially. Remburstment after 30 days, you have to initially pay from your own pocket. Lot of pressure and politics and mindgames by owners. Pay is super less compared to the work you do.

The colleague there are very unique, understanding and supportive

Ugh everything They don't even have an HR to help with the issues with the management. The worst is the admin trying to dump all her work on someone else, she just wants everyone to write it down for her so she can copy paste it
