It was good experience to work in khrist jyoti academy, it's an christian school which was regulate by an Sanstha, I have been worked there for three years so ya offcourse there are so many obstacles like there few policies are based on Christian culture,... Ya so all total it was good experience and blissful job

Work Details

Working at the khrist jyoti academy was great, i learnt so many new things cz it was my first experience to work in a school, there were a project running which is helpful for poor, needy and marginalised children, where children get free teaching .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
