Our 6-month PF (approx 11,000) was not given and they did not even inform us while joining and interviewing. Even after a year, the Diwali bonus was not given properly i.e. for a 20,000 salary only a 4000 bonus what is this ?

This company is tremendously helpful within given period of time for the better production figure in Mercedes Benz India Private Limited, Chakan, Pune on every aspects of logistics, material management, service provider, decision partner levels without any discrepancies

Well, as the company seems to give the employee the knowledge and compensations on his own terms of referred management decisions on contrary keep a decent growth of another employees who are more effortfull for the company on every aspects.

Surely it is challenging for me that I have to look both after all over the assembly kit material in warehouse upto it's assembly on line similarly with the bodyshop warehouse management decisions and services upto line feeding without any discrepancies.
