Each and every thing besides learning is worst in this company. Employer (he) will never let you do any thing outside the office. If he get to know that you are free for 10 minutes at your home then somehow he never miss a single chance to use those 10 minutes at office and some time may be more. And never praise you for your work. N o proper office timing are there you have work for 12-16 hrs without any overtime and other benefits. You have to work on Sunday normally for the sake “comp. Off” and so called lunch but when you going to use that comp off he try his best to stop you from using that comp. off. Even you can’t update your LinkedIn profile for new job. Even if you get a job in other company He try his best to destroy your feed back and try each and every possible effort which may cause hurdle in your blooming career. He w<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">ill never provide you salary slip / experience letter / releaving letter even termination letter if he fires you from the job doesn’t matter how much time you spend in that company and will we the consiquences of these action for the employee when he went for an interview or completing joining formality in other company. And no</mark>tice period is totally depend upon your LinkedIn update. If you really want to work like a slave then this company is for you. He will block your salary transaction if you don’t want to serve notice period according to him and if you’ll get fired by him then there will be no HR Policy for him. But you’ll get to learn alot in this company and that’s the only plus point of this company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
