There is no measures taken for COVID-19 pandemic, Company residence given for sharing to four candidate which is is not good. Leave policy only on paper but not followed same for all. No internal audit about the problem/concern raised by employee. If client say anything then they are ready to follow without any thinking its pro and cons. Work culture is very bad not providing any support and plan so employee cannot think of their work plan, not interested in developing new idea for commissioning activities. Not good Facilities, No respect with employee by HR department, and support service people also b project director, manager etc.
