If you have the drive and the ability to put up with the culture of a government office, some opportunities of working with local government bodies can be rewarding. If you are keen on working here, you can make a slight difference to the people you interact with outside the Board.

Dislikes

Extreme high-handedness of higher officers, too much hierarchy, steeped in bureaucracy. It's a bubble, basically - they have no incentives to change.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
