Very poor work culture. Management considers employees as labourers . 6 days a week working , still they ask you to work even on sundays to meet deadlines that exists every month. Project Manager Manipulates a lot, TL has no Idea about wts gng on, very clueless. Calendar holidays are usually cancelled. Too much work pressure. Big time micro management. Working in office is suffocating. CEO just wants his pockets filled. The 2 Project managers dictate the company. Its do it their way or go away. The ID Project manager acts weird.
