Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer (Air Force, Navy, or Defence sector experience preferred)

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore (flexible to travel to other locations as per training requirements)

Engagement Type: Full-time contract (6 months 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs
• Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, leadership, teamwork, adaptability, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles and professional backgrounds.
• Assess and provide feedback to participants, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine training materials and align sessions with business needs.
