Job Description

Position Overview:


We seek a Corporate Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to help employees develop essential soft skills and behaviours, ensuring alignment with our core values. This role will focus on training both new and existing employees in competencies such as communication, professionalism, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibility:


  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Conduct training sessions focused on key competencies that align with organizational culture improvement (e.g., Presentability, Soft Spoken, Good Communication, Drafting and Email Etiquettes).
  • Grooming and Development: Provide hands-on coaching for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring they develop the soft and behavioural skills necessary for success in the company.
  • Cultural Alignment: Foster alignment between employees and the companys core values and behaviors, helping them embody the organization's standards and principless.
  • Soft Skills Development: Lead workshops and training programs on soft skills (communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence) and behavioural skills (conflict resolution, time management, adaptability).
  • Product and Process Training: Support employees in understanding product knowledge and process training while incorporating company culture.
  • Behavioural Assessments: Monitor and assess employees progress and readiness for certification, making adjustments to training where necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams to identify areas for improvement in employee behaviour and performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote continuous feedback, personal development, and a culture of improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Track and Report: Measure the success of cultural training initiatives and report on the progress and effectiveness of programs to leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or a similar role focused on soft skills and behavioural training.
  • Key Competencies: Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement, and behavioural change.
  • Skills: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Behavioural Knowledge: Solid knowledge in developing training materials related to communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently, manages multiple initiatives, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for Cultural Development: A genuine passion for improving organizational culture, employee growth, and fostering positive work behaviours.
