They didnt give my salary, I was working there for 6 months, 3 months on internship and 3 months on salary basis , they offered me 8k for one month then they will increase it so I said okay but they didnt give it to me after 2 months i told them to increase it, miss shagun kapor said yes it will be 15k from now (December), after newyear I resigned because they didnt gave my salary but on 11th of January they gave me around 8k and said we cut your TDS , and maybe its not applicable below 15k salary per month, after that they said we will give rest of the salary after 2 days but then they didnt picked our phones, not seen our msgs , they seen our stories and status but they didnt picked our calls till now !! And their opinion is if you earn then we will give you salary, but i was not on commission basis, I was on salary basis and its a duty of the owner to provide salary at time no matter you were in loss or profit, this is business, it doesn't mean if you are in loss you didnt give salary of your employees....Read More
