The boss attitude towards employees is completely unacceptable. he frequently uses abusive language to employees and also in front of women employees and showing lack of respect. Giving excessive pressure to the employees, making the work environment unbearable. salaries are not paid on time and unjustified deductions and retentions of wages are common practices<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
