Learn a lot about financing activity apart from accounts & tax

It's Babu type Company, person who can do buttering can grow here. Work is not important but how much time u spent in company is more important. And most important thing is when u leave Company HR is not going to give you relieving letter, experience certificate etc easily which are most important documents of your career.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
