One thing I liked about the Kalavid, is the team I have been part of.

Dislikes

Timings of working are too much. The working culture of company is very toxic. When you are on 'probation period' Company can remove you, but you can't leave Company. They highly respect their Clients, but when it comes to employees, they been very toxic with them. As an employee, we hardly get leaves approved and we need to argue everytime a lot to just get 3 days leaves.
