Kairos is a place where there is worklife balance. However, there is no proper structure here. Even though you do your work on time, last minute changes always happen. Also, there is no appreciation for your work if you go that extra mile to deliver something new. The principal of this instituion is very knowledgeable and is constantly motivating its employess to do better. thats the only silver lining....Read More

Too much bias towards non deserving teachers on what basis god only knows. No same rules for all the emloyees. Thats really demotivating

If you are a dedicated, hardworking, and ambitious teacher. Then there is nothing to like about this school.

Dislikes

No professional development sessions. Unprofessional behaviour of the head. Poor salary Not enough academic and admin staff .
